Here's exactly what happens from the moment you click Continue to the day you fly out.

1. Submit your online application

   Pick your destination + volunteer programme, fill in your personal info, and submit. This also creates your MyAccount.

2. Pay the registration fee

   $249 USD / £179 GBP / €229 EUR / $350 AUD via our secure Stripe gateway. Refunded in full if we can't offer you a place.

3. Upload supporting documents

   After payment, head to MyAccount and upload your CV / résumé, passport scan and a photo. Applications without documents can't be processed.

4. Booking Confirmation

   You'll get a welcome email immediately, then your full Booking Confirmation within 5–7 working days. We'll match you with the right project and coordinator.

5. Final steps & departure

   Pay the programme fee in instalments, add arrival details, read the predeparture handbook — all from MyAccount. Then you're all set to go.
